Gearbox Repair & Overhaul
Complete teardown, failure analysis, and rebuilding of all gearbox configurations including helical, bevel, worm, planetary, herringbone, and speed increasers. We reverse-engineer obsolete components and restore legacy equipment to OEM standards or better.
Industrial Pump Repair
Overhaul and restoration of centrifugal, multistage, split-case, vertical turbine, gear pumps, and slurry pumps. Full disassembly, precision measurement, component replacement, and test-stand verification before return to service.
CNC Precision Machining
Multi-axis CNC machining centers, vertical boring mills with live tooling, and horizontal machining centers for complex rotating equipment components. Tight tolerances and fast turnaround on critical parts.
CNC Gear Cutting & Grinding
On-site gear hobbing, shaping, and CNC form grinding to AGMA Q13+ quality levels. We manufacture replacement gears from raw material when OEM parts are unavailable or obsolete. Spur, helical, bevel, herringbone, and internal gears.
CNC Engine Lathes & Vertical Turret Lathes (VTLs)
Large-capacity engine lathes and VTLs for shaft turning, boring, threading, and precision facing. Handles heavy shafts and oversized flanged components. Capacity up to 67″ swing and 180″ between centers.
Thermal Spray & Fusion Coatings
HVOF, arc spray, plasma spray, and flame spray coatings for dimensional restoration, wear resistance, and corrosion protection. All thermal spray work is followed by precision grinding to final tolerances. Applications include pump shafts, wear rings, impellers, bearing journals, seal areas, and roll surfaces.
Dynamic Balancing
High-precision dynamic and static balancing of impellers, rotors, shafts, and complete rotating assemblies. Capacity from small sub-assemblies up to large industrial rotors — up to 17,000 lbs.
Reverse Engineering & Custom Fabrication
When OEM drawings don’t exist, we measure, model, and manufacture. Shafts, housings, wear rings, impellers, gears — if it’s broken, we can rebuild it to exact tolerances.
Pump Test Facility
Full hydraulic performance testing before any pump leaves the shop. We verify actual flow rates, developed head, efficiency curves, and mechanical integrity using calibrated instrumentation. Every repair includes a documented test report.
Welding & Metal Fabrication
Certified welding for casing repairs, housing restoration, custom fabrications, and structural work. TIG, MIG, and stick processes. Overlay welding for worn surfaces.
Failure Analysis & Inspection
Root-cause failure analysis on every job. We identify what caused the failure, not just fix the symptoms. Detailed inspection reports and photography included with every overhaul.

- HVOF (High Velocity Oxy-Fuel) — Tungsten carbide and chrome carbide coatings for extreme wear and erosion resistance. Ideal for pump shafts, impeller hubs, and gear bores.
- Electric Arc Spray — Cost-effective dimensional restoration and corrosion protection for large surfaces and housings.
- Plasma Spray — High-temperature ceramic and engineered coatings for thermal barrier and specialty applications.
- Flame Spray — Aluminum bronzes, stainless alloys, and economical dimensional buildup.
- Post-Spray Grinding & Finishing — All coatings are ground to final tolerances in-house.
